Me and my friend were taking a hostage up to the LA tower, when this one cop saw me and decided to use his grab tool on me whilst I was already up the ladder. This completely violates the RP, you can't just hold someone while they're in the middle of climbing up a ladder, the whole point of the hold tool is to "hold" someone not grab someone.
