What happened?

I was chasing a stolen ambulance and hit the back of it. Due to the crash my cars airbags deployed and I was thrown through the windshield and somehow into the back of the ambulance. We drove for a while until we stopped. I got out and went for a taser. The driver shifted back into gear and moved forward. I shot at him because I was fearing for my life and was about to be ran over. I aimed at the front of the ambulance and not really at the driver. He died and the scene was cleaned up. Here is the evidence of this ban showing the evidence of me "rdming": https://mountaininteractive.com/topic/8066-frp-nitrp-rdm-afterwards/ | https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZXko6zN2yU

(For some reason in the clip of me shooting him I can't see me infront of the ambulance but on my screen I was, I don't know if it is lag or not?)

I was banned for RDM for 1 day. (As seen in screenshots)

Why I should be unbanned:

I believe I should be unbanned because I was defending my self and was not trying to break the rules. I reacted like an officer would when faced with an oncoming vehicle that is trying to run them over. I take roleplay quite seriously and try my best to be realistic and follow guidelines.
