Posted November 25Nov 25 Ban Length: Infinite.Moderating Staff Member: Unknown.Ban Reason: Disrupting / FraudWhy I Should Be Unbanned: I was banned for Disrupting / Fraud.This is because I switched my subscription higher, and the support agent told me he cancelled my membership. Turn’s out, I was paying 2 subscriptions for 2 months. I asked for a refund because of their mistake, however they denied. They refused to give me any extra credit - etc. I then just filed a refund with my bank, which then I was banned.This whole situation was a mess. I would like to come back within the community, and get back to roleplaying. Thank you so much for considering this offer.
