Incident Description*:

Laferrari0903 and Iplayaftertheflash were on a scene and it appeared a blue charger lagged and accidentally hit one of their cars, so I saw a pursuit and I spiked their tires, as they both rolled to the scene of the charger they both walked up to the vehicle and unloaded a clip into the driver, whom was not holding any weapons.

about 3 minutes later on that scene, PINKLIK5 decided to roll up and shoot every officer on scene randomly.
