Incident Description*:

I was on Patrol as LAPD (Police Officer) when I observed a Vehicle a Toyota-Pickup-Truck commit a moving violation, Upon attempting a traffic-stop on the vehicle, the vehicle failed to yield and took off (Pursuit Started) after pursuing the Vehicle for a couple of street(s) the Vehicle came to a stop on S.Willbrook by the LAPD, The suspects(2) ran out of the Vehicle with Guns and proceeded to climb the LA-Tower, After climbing the LA-Tower multiple verbal-commands to "get on the ground" were given, Upon unsuccessful commands I decided to deploy my Bean-Bag- (40mm) towards the suspect in an attempt to get him down of the Tower, One of those bean-bags was successful and got (one) suspect down, However- After the suspect hitting the ground (I was going to attempt Medical-Aid) the suspect failed to roleplay he was Injured but instead grabbed a Gun and shot me - Being unrealistic for the fall he had sustained.
