• Reason for Ban/Restriction: I believe my ban was completely false, this is the third incident where I have been banned for “Creating an alt account to avoid enforcement action” this has been multiple times now and I haven’t used an alt account to play this game, nor have I used one for my personal advantage. It is getting frustrating with this same topic when I haven’t used an alt whatsoever and I simply want to go back to playing this game. A few days ago, I got a response on this topic that it was Roblox Api which I am not aware of much, but it could potentially be a bug or something in that range.
  

• Incident Details: I don’t have many details besides the time was around 1AM when I logged onto the game to see that ban message, I was playing with my friends on the game before I got banned and when I logged back on hour later, I received that message.

Since this is an alternate account protocol, I am unable to lift the ban without knowing which specific account has been banned.

This is my alt account, although I haven’t played any Mountain Interactive games on this account, and this is my only alt account.

Unfortunately, ROBLOX does not tell us what alt account this ban this has been connected to.

Are you sure you don’t have any other ROBLOX account in another Google account?
