This is the third time that I have appealed for this same reason, but I keep getting banned for using an alt account. I haven’t once played this game on an alt account nor used one for an advantage. I believe this ban was completely false. It’s gets getting frustrating when this keep happening and I simply want to play this game. This has been a reoccurring problem multiple time’s now.
