My Suggestion:

Basically, when the window is shot, it will shatter and the bullet will actually pass through. It should go both ways such as an officer shooting from inside the vehicle and a suspect shooting at the Officer.

Why This Would Improve the Game:
After watching Bodycams, not every officer has the time to exit their vehicle to start shooting. Therefore, they shoot first from their vehicles and then exit for coverage.
