Incident Description*:

I took a LAPD officer hostage and tried to negotiate for his release. SouthCountyLaw on as LAPD and not WL or in any discord server, Shot me a first time and then dead checked me with a follow up round knowing I was down. Instead of rendering first aid, and cuffing me.

AoT, FRP. Violation of a bunch of departmental polices
