I was patrolling as LAPD when I observed a Vehicle Moving Violation, Upon initiating my traffic-stop, the Driver and all passanger(s) of the Vehicle exited and Immediately asked for "OOC" (Out of Character) I stopped the role-play and continued OOC due to them asking for it and me respecting it, They went out of character and talked about a past incident which I had no recollection of but shortly after- and without warning, they attempted to put me at GunPoint for a 'hostage' situation, In my point of view this is FRP due to the fact that they never said "resume rp" or anything along the lines to give a warning that we were continuing roleplay, all they did was "OOC" talk, and continue a roleplay out of nowhere.
