Incident Description*:

I was patrolling and I saw an opened CHP vehicle in the middle of the road with a civillian and a dead CHP officer. The officer is unconcious and I tried to help. An RCSO officer started shooting at nothing so I tased him and he tased me back. After that, I cuffed him. In the middle of the interaction, a civillian pulled up and started shooting all of us. More than 4 people.
