What Happened? The officer in question was responding to a call, saw me walking down the street, and decided to POINT HIS FIREARM at me. He told me to put my hands up and get on the ground. After I told him I was a marshal, he said he couldn't see me and that nothing was identifying me, but I had a vest on the entire time. I held him and then cuffed him for pointing that weapon at a FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, which is a federal crime. He could cry all he wanted, but everything was justified.
