What happened to you to get banned?

So I was on LAPD I’m getting out of the station. And I see a car stopped in the middle of the road. I go up to the owner. I say hey can you move your car? He say yes I said OK. He moves it. That’s when a tan Dodge charger SRT. Comes up hits the civilian I get my gun out and I told him do not reverse and get out the car the subject reversed and I shot him.

Why you should be unbanned it was an act of me defending a civilian stopping in a threat and protecting the public because what if I did not stop him, he probably hit another civilian. And in an academy, they tell us if somebody hit a civilian or hit you you have daily force authorize. To shoot and kill them. So why I got banned I feel like that’s no reason but they cause they put it as FRP/RDM when it was neither that I did not FRPI did not RDM and when I tried to bring this up, I got shut down immediately and couldn’t tell my side of the story and I was DM other moderator saying hey do you think this is a fair ban they were like no it’s not I said OK so I would like to get banned because it was just me acting in self-defense for that civilian

Reason: I've checked and re-watched the clip it was a mistake that he ran him over. He backed up not aggressively you kept shooting him you didn't bother checking what he said in chat. you go towards the rear of his car while he's backing up you shot him for something you did and could've have de-escalated in a more better scene. I've given you 2 chances to actually make the game fair for others . My only other option is if corporate can turn over your ban and clean your records until then you broken all your OSP an OSP was given to you twice because you broken alot of our rules multiple times. You could've just not shot him multiple times and instead go to the driver sider and drag him out not shoot him and kill him for some mistake Your mod history reflects your appeal.
