Incident Description*:

While investigating a shooting from which a black truck had fled from, I stopped my vehicle after seeing a wrecked black truck and a male laying in the road and one male walking. I pointed my firearm at the male walking, not realizing it was a marshal. I then tried to explain to him that I could not tell he was a marshal from the distance that I was at. He then cuffed me and took me to jail after I explained to him my side and abused the marshal team. After he booked me, he called FD to do a mental check on me as he said I seemed "retarded" for lack of better words.
