Context: Me and my friend Beampro/bruh_1234546 who just started playing LA as beginner's, where training as LAFD when my friend jumped into my car in an attempt to steal it. I told him to get out on Discord, but he refused, so I stopped him by hitting him with an axe. after I treated his wounds, he tried to attack me, so I drove away, and then I just got falsely banned for RDM.

Ban reason:

Why should I be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned since I was new to LA, and I didn't kill anybody or get to talk to the admin about what happened.

Thank you for your appeal regarding your recent ban from Mountain Interactive. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your appeal has been rejected. The reason for this decision is as follows:

Reason: Your friend reported you, so your appeal doesn't make sense. You actively hit him with an axe outside the vehicle, even though you didn't fully kill him it's still considered RDM as you had no context/motive behind killing him. Your ban is valid and since it's your fourth class B offense it was therefore a permanent ban. If you wish to re-appeal you can re-appeal in 30 days. Have a wonderful day.
