I was towing a vehicle as DOT in Perris when I saw this user randomly murder a police officer. I chased him down in my tow truck and hooked his vehicle up to my truck as I called it in the radio. As soon as the vehicle was hooked I stopped my vehicle and alerted an officer nearby. We both got shot by the suspect afterwards.
Fair enough I said, I attempted to stop him getting away and I got shot.
I hop on LEO team and as I do that, the description of the suspect comes up on the radio as he had stolen a police cruiser. He was known armed and there was an active 10-80 on the highway which they lost eyes. I head down the interstate and I locate him at the CHP Gas Station, I locate the cruiser and I see the suspect inside the gas station. I wait outside and call for backup. He pulls out and I initiate my lights and sirens, which he ignores (look at the video of the complainant, he sees me yet keeps going). I spike his vehicle which ended up in me crashing. He stops his vehicle, I fire off a couple of rounds and he takes off again.
I respawn my custom insert and head to the second gas station, where I, and few other officers take him into custody.
Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) : AoT, NLR, FRP, CR
Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I understand that I might have violated the rules by using my tow truck to stop him from getting away, however, I did not violate NLR or FRP. I did not use any information from my previous life, only information broadcasted on communications. I did not fail roleplay in any capacity, as you can realistically hook a vehicle up to your tow truck while stopped. Although I have a few bans on my record, I feel as if a permanant ban is slightly exagerated.
I understand what I did with the tow truck was not okay, and I will refrain from doing it ever again.

Yes, indeed. I went back as a different person (a law enforcement officer) and not the tow operator. I used NO previous knowledge, as stated in the rules. I understand the 15 minute part, but I thought that was only if you stayed in the same capacity (LEO,CIV)
I apologize for this and will refrain from doing it again.

Read above for the NLR statement, but, I'm unsure how spiking a vehicle is FRP, I would like for it to be explained.
I am not saying that I need to be unbanned, but a lengthy time ban would be sufficient to make me think about what I did. I do not deserve a permanent ban for this, in my opinion.
