Incident Description*:

I was far away enough from the scene, They harass me, Force me to give ID and I don't comply cause of my rights as a human being, I go and ask help from the fed they chase me for it, Then they try and tool abuse me which I don't wanna get them for, Just the RDM for this one person cause hes the one that initiated it, Then they tazed me so I pulled my gun out for 1 milisecond, And you can see I was clearly in cuffs for about 2-3 seconds enough for someone to realize I was in cuffs.
