How can people optimize the game?

In some areas at Perris or LA you just get lags because of super-detailed models. Because not everyone can afford 4080 or Intel Core i9. So is there any advices on how to optimize for example.. Perris? And do not say to “move roblox graphics to 1 and pray”.
