Incident Description*: I was chasing the suspect as he was apart of a pursuit and he crashed. I got into my car and drove to the housing area, got out of my car, and chased him down, tasing him, then cuffing him. He left right after I cuffed him.
Rules Violated*: Leaving to avoid arrest.
