I just bought the golden memory chip and now I need it to go through to my game so that I can be an FBI agent will be in a police officer but I don't know what happened it I don't think it went through so how can I get it to work out how can somebody help me please and thank you

On your Mountain Interactive profile it displays you as a Gold subscriber. Sadly sometimes it takes a little time for the membership to connect to the servers. If it still doesn't work by now, then please let me know.
