Give us an Incident Description: When I was a civilian he pulled me over for no reason behind it and he killed me for no reason behind it. When I was an FBI I saw him code 3 respond when theres no call in the radio or VC, and he was going faster than speed limit without lights and siren so I pulled him over than he pointed the guy at me so I arrested him for further investigation, but it turns out to a evading and resisitng. After I spiked his car a civilian pulled up for no reason and shooted at me for no reason.
