What Happened? I was driving a group of 3 accomplices around looking for potential victims of a kidnapping, pulling into an intersection we noticed a cop, seeing this as an opportunity I began to chase the cop, pulled in front of them eventually and attempted to hold them up, though to my misfortune one of the troopers inside of the vehicle jumped out with a rifle and killed one of my accomplices.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe I was not attempting to cop bait, as is evidenced by the fact I was driving recklessly before I noticed the officer's vehicle, I didn't continue my reckless driving or try to drive in front to induce a traffic stop, I simply chased him after I noticed his car. The only motive for the sudden stop was a kidnapping, as is evidenced clearly by the zipties in my inventory, and the fact the gunfight did not begin up until the point the trooper jumped out of his vehicle with a rifle.
