Incident Description*: I arrested his friend which he didn't know about nor was he at the scene when he was being arrested. He came into the rpd garage somehow knowing his friend was getting arrested (only way he could've known was by another way of communicating out of game). He RDM'ed me and the other officer who was booking his friend interfering with our scene.
