Ban Reason: Interfering with a staff Situation. Why I Should Be Unbanned:
I was wrongfully banned. I think I am being targeted for false bans due to my earlier appeals. So I was in an RP situation to save a friend from being arrested and ended up getting into a shootout with a cop. After I got shot, my screen just turned black, I couldn't see or hear anything because I was down.
I inadvertently ended up by a staff situation, but there was no way for me to know as my screen remained entirely black. When the cop healed me, I saw I wasn’t cuffed. I got up and shot the cop, assuming that the RP wasn’t over. This part of the RP, It is not my fault if he forgot to cuff me.
The officer was shot, and I was promptly teleported to a jail. I feel like I’m getting targeted unfairly because of me having appealed previous false bans. I’ve always tried to play by the rules and stay in character so I don’t think the call was correct.
Note: The photo shows for a blink second between seconds 29-30 that the officer did NOT remove the phone.
This is my side of the story:
Basically what happened was that I was trying to recuse my friend who was being cuffed then after trying to rescue him by pointing my gun at the officer who was arresting him, he got out of his police car and straight up started aiming at me not fearing for a second for his life may I remind you that the officer was in his car I was pointing my gun at him for 5 seconds making sure he can acknowledge the gun pointing right at his head but he still proceeds to do a full out MLG trick shot at me as if its cod 2018 which is wild. After the shootout, I was bleeding and my screen was black as that is a mechanic in the game to either tell you that you are unconscious or dead. After that, I was healed and brought back to life by another officer, (the other cop i got into a shootout with called a Mod then he was blaming my friend in the back of the car with cuffs on that he shot him aka the cop who called the mod) after coming back to consciousness I could see my guns were still on me and i wasn't cuffed and I proceeded to fire my gun at the cop due to me still being in rp, I was not aware of any type of staff sit due near me due to the fact of me seeing the black screen, even IF I did hear any voices, I am unconscious so it would kinda be fail rp to know what anyone is saying. After firing my gun at the officer who healed me the mod who was in the situation next my unconscious body unused :unff command then proceeded to shoot and kill me while in the middle of a staff situation which i intentionally avoided so i wouldn’t disturb the staff situation but i was still killed and teleported back and i was jailed then i was banned without hearing my explanation. ——————————————————————-——————————————————————-——————
