What Happened?
I was recently banned after two of my reports were dismissed, even though I strongly believe I was in the right.
In the first situation, I was repeatedly RDM’d by troopers, despite having my hands up or only responding defensively when they aimed their weapons at me. Instead of arresting and charging me with something like trespassing (which would’ve made sense IC), they repeatedly shot me. I submitted a clip showing one instance, but was told only one RDM was visible. I’m more than willing to provide extended footage that clearly shows this behavior happening multiple times. The moderator also stated I had no right to break into the station, but it’s a well known thing. in many WBC videos, mentally ill or drug-influenced individuals sometimes do irrational things like that. This is a part of realistic roleplay, not abuse.
In the second situation, a rogue RPD officer RDM’d me while my hands were up. She somehow exited the back of a patrol car (which is supposed to be locked from the inside) and shot me through the ballistic panel inside the FPIU. This happened twice. Despite being a clear rule break, the report was dismissed. I can’t help but feel that favoritism may have influenced the outcome, which is disheartening for a community like MI.
I have all the evidence necessary to back up these claims and will gladly provide it if asked.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I believe the actions taken against me were unfair and not based on a full review of the evidence. I take roleplay seriousyl and strive to play within the rules. I also report misconduct when I see it, but in this case, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.
I’m not here to cause issues. I care about the quality and fairness of the community. If I’ve misunderstood any rules or made mistakes, I’m open to feedback. I’m simply asking for a fair review of my situation and the opportunity to provide context and evidence that wasn’t previously considered.
