What happened?: So, I was patroling in Los Angeles, and a Deputy saw someone having an open carry, when he stopped the suspect, the suspect pulled out his weapon and shot at the Deputy, and I think one of the Officers or Deputies called out how the suspect looked like, and the Staff member looked like the suspect and the Staff member had an open carry also. So I assumed that the Staff member was the suspect. Also, I think the staff member pulled out one of his weapons, like a glock when I stopped, and I thought he was going to shoot at me if I approached him. So I shot the Staff member and killed him. And once I realized my mistake, I left the server because I felt so stupid of what I did and out being scared.
Ban reason: RDM,TA,NITRP
Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I have a clean record, I will never do this ever again, this is my first ever ban I have gotten in Mountain Interactive, I apologise sincerely, I understand that this was very unperfessional of me, I take full responsibility of my actions, going forward I will always roleplay a scene etc, going forward I will be sure not to do this ever again and I will make sure not to tool abuse ever again.
