''Incident Description*: Two different clips of him violating community rules, one when he was on top of a building no one can get up just so he can get an advantage in combat along with him shooting people for no reason. The second clip shows him abusing premium perks, having no intent to roleplay and failing to roleplay a crash. He pulls out his gun and when he is shot he is knocked unconscious, when he realises that he resets.
Here we see the reporter who spikes me after i had ran from the police. I then jump out the door and run into the store which was beside me. Roleplaying everything as i should. The reporter chases me into the store, and after i ran inside and the reporter reached the door, i pull out a weapon and start shooting at the police. The reporter then gets me and on my screen in the top left corner it says ''you've been killed by username'' In the clip he then runs up to me and it actually doesnt look like my body was dead, at least from my perspective. So i agree with him RTAA even tho it said on my screen i was killed. No idea how this was No Intention To Roleplay or FRP. The reporter then pins me in general telling me it was an easy kill on me, mocking me in a friendly way which i didn't care about. Tho these clips are from Sunday (2 day ago) so i dont have evidence to the pinned message as the general chat only contains the messages written the same day.
In this clip we see the reporter chilling in his car, prior to the clip me and another cop had an altercation where the cop had jumped into my car, while i was driving, mistaking me for another suspect. The cop then pulls out a gun and tries to shoot me, i pull out mine and he was shot dead where he then is glitched into the seat. And when i reach the building i was trying to reach, i delete the car i was using and the body of the cop falls beside the building. (its the body you see at the end of the clip on the ground) Then, i wanted to do a scene, as i was bored. I spawned in a firetruck to help myself get on top of the roof, tho after i read the reporters report i realised that that mightve been against the rules of Mountain Interactive (Tho im not sure). I got on top of the roof and started shooting in the air and close to police officers, intentionally NOT killing anyone as i just wanted the attention of the police to do a scene. My idea of the scene was to get the police over here and get a negotiator, and demand a thousand dollars otherwise i would go crazy. The reporter quickly drives closer to me and easily shoots me with his M110. And i died. From my perspective the only rule that i might've broken was what the reporter, reported me for which is Abuse of Premium perks. And im saying this even tho i didnt get banned for it.
Why should i be unbanned?
As i explained above, i believe i was mistakenly banned for NITRP and FRP. Ive learned that its against the rules to use premium perks as an advantage, (even tho i didnt get banned for Using Premium Perks As An Advantage) such as spawning in a firetruck to get on top of another building. Ive also learned that even tho the game might tell you you've been killed, you need to wait until the game respawns you so i dont mistakenly do RTAA. I will obviously in the future and after the ban be more careful with my actions and think before acting.
I hope whoever reads this will go through this appeal and correct any mistakes that might've been made.
