The RCSO was recklessly Driving and speeding without going Code-3 anywhere, I started to chase him as he did not pull over.
I was chasing for around a minute and then I was able to spike (GTA-D, Corruption without Corporate+ Permission), I withdrew my weapon and told him to step out of the car with his hands up, I went ahead and cuffed him while I requested my supervisor to transport him, No supervisor came so I uncuffed him. I said I didn't have a tire pump (I did) And then I got in my car and started to reverse, He started to chase me opening all my doors (NITRP) Then when I got out of his reach he withdrew his handgun (FRP). I went back there and reported him for FRP and NITRP.
