In the clip that will be shown below, this guy literally came up to my traffic stop and tried stealing my vehicle. Then he proceeded to get back inside his vehicle and try to run. I then was going along, roleplaying with him when I then spiked his vehicle. He said I was "tool abusing" and I gave him multiple times to turn around and put his hands up. Then, he proceeded to get tased and cuffed obviously. I put him in the back of another CHP unit's vehicle. I then took him out as the other guy was going to transport. This is where the rule breaking starts, the guy was about to be transfered into the other CHP unit's custody when he then started running as soon as he was un-held. He hopped in the CHP guy's vehicle and tried to drive off with it. Obviously, I wasn't gonna let him do that and I shot him. After a few minutes, he came back AGAIN. He tried to end us with his vehicle by ramming into us at high speeds. He then got out and sucessfully stole the CHP unit's vehicle. He started driving off with it.
