What Happened: I was responding to a shots fired report at the SNK store. When I arrived at the scene, I parked and exited my vehicle, locking it behind me. A person on foot suddenly approached my vehicle and attempted to enter the driver’s seat, despite the vehicle already being locked. Since I had already exited the vehicle and saw this happening in real time, I interpreted it as an attempted vehicle theft. Out of reflex and concern for safety, I immediately opened fire on the suspect. Appeal Request: I understand that my actions may have been seen as RDM, but I acted based on what I believed was a serious threat to property. I was not given a prior warning before the ban, and I would appreciate the chance to receive a warning or explanation if I made a mistake. I’ve re-read the rules and will be more cautious in the future when making decisions in tense situations. I hope to be given another chance to play and contribute positively to the roleplay.

Why should you be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because my actions were not meant to break server rules, but rather to respond to a situation that I believed was a threat. I now understand that my response may have been too aggressive or not fully in line with roleplay standards, and I take full responsibility for that. I have reviewed the rules again and will make sure to handle similar situations differently in the future, with better judgment. I enjoy being part of this community and would like the opportunity to improve from this experience and contribute to a more respectful and immersive roleplay environment.
