Discord banned part 2

Everytime I ask for help on the banned taken on my account from Mountain Interactive all I get is this link to this group remember this does not help with my problem for I'm banned from them due to a rocleaner I would like to also remember that I did have a formal account that I couldn't leave groups in that might be a problem to the cleaner because I was banned for being in a discord group that I think broke ToS if so their for my old and new account are connected to my Roblox account and it's falsely accusing me for stuff I can't control on my old account I please ask you stop sending me this link because I can't do nothing about it and I think I might have been banned from mountain Interactive from a mod how abused his power because I was banned without a reason to what happen and why their for I'm confused since I was following the rule of Mountain Interactive as well a Discord ToS.
