Incident Description*:

I was cruising from FBI to S&K and i pulled up and parked and saw this guy and waved for fun but i didn't get teh chance to do the emote because he shot me and came up to me while i was uncon and killed me be aware IT GETS REALLY LOUD AT THE END.
