Incident Description: After hearing shots coming from the second row, I responded code 3. While arriving on the scene of the shooting, I spotted a guy in cuffs running around and also found a dead CHP trooper. Confronting the cuffed person, he told me, "...CHP got sniped in the face!" My partner noticed a person walking between housing after that. Me and others responded; we rolled up on him and later detained him. He complained about for a long time till taking to the station. His CHP buddy also uncuffs him and both shoots me and other officers.
