Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

Explain your motivation. This question should be a few paragraphs or more. You may include:

About 1 or 2 years ago I joined the Mountain Interactive Community. So far, I have loved it and I want to become more involved. One of the downsides to having such a large community is you have a lot of people who do not read/understand the rules or just want to troll in general. I encounter this many times and it frustrates me as sometimes I could be in the middle of a traffic stop and get RDMed. I want to help make a difference in the community, mainly in a moderation aspect. I have many traits that make me a good fit, including multi-tasking, compassion, and integrity.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

No.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

I am usually available for about 3-4 hours. My time zone is PST.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

First, I would gather information on each sides story. (Reporting Member & Member being Reported) This information includes clips, kill logs, usernames, and any witnesses at the scene. After discussing with both parties, I would issue an warning (either verbal or logged) to an first time offended. This, of course, depends on what the offender is reported for, and if the offender did it multiple times. For a repeat offender, I would issue either a kick or ban (1-3 days or permanent). Before doing any of this, I would review the staff guidelines and punishment guidelines (if there are any).

Anything Else We Should Know?

I have been a diamond donator for almost a month. I have a bit of experience in building.

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

English only.
