What Happened? I RDM'ed a guy i thought shot a cop.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? This was legitimately a misunderstanding, while standing at S&K, i saw a cop get shot while helping another cop of his, at the same time that happened, the person i rdm'ed, was sitting at the red light, in the intensity of the situation, I though i saw muzzle flashes from where he was, when i saw him get out of his car where the dead cops were, i decided to shoot, as i also thought he was going to shoot another guy, while I know OSP cannot be appealed, this was a legit misunderstanding and the decision i took weren't with the intent of killing him for no reason, we talked in discord and the person i killed said it was okay, please tell me if this can be reversed, thanks.
