Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I primarily decided to apply for the moderator role because I want to help other people play the game. I have seen tons of people join Los Angeles RP as new players and many of them don't have any clue how to roleplay situations out, and I also see people asking where things are or how they can get a weapon or something.
At the moment, I am a Sergeant I for the LAPD. A big jump for me to apply for Moderator, but I consider this an opportunity to move forward in being part of the server and more involved. I would like to have:
- Some experience;
- More knowledge on moderation work;
- Learn how to work as a team with each other;
- A way to learn new things.
I just bought a motorcycle, in which MI provides me something to get a little extra for myself but also be able to surprise friends or family with gifts here and there or cover things needed from school.
I mainly want to be a moderator for reasons to help others. I would like to also demonstrate that moderation does not mean flex or show off of rank or to be superior - I feel moderation should be there to help players out, especially players in need of assistance and guidance.
Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
No I am not.
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
I am in GMT+2, I am able basically everyday. Durring workdays I am able for 3-5 hours per day, durring weekends it would be somewhere 6-8 or 9 hours a day, depends on my own schedule and family gatherings.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
In most scenarios, first-time offenders don't know that what they're doing is against the rules. If, after analyzing the situation, I see that the player had no intent to break the rules — for example, they broke a rule and then said something like, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to FRP" — I would issue a verbal warning. The important thing is that they understood their mistake.
However, if the violation is serious, like mass RDM, I would give a reasonable punishment that reflects the severity of the rule-breaking.
When it comes to repeat offenders, I would be more firm and cautious. Still, before giving any punishment, I would always check their past moderation logs and review the current offense carefully. I would analyze all the factors involved in the violation and then issue an appropriate punishment.
For example, if someone had previously committed DM and does it again, instead of giving a 1-day ban, I might increase it to 2 days (this is just an example), because it feels appropriate for a repeated violation to have a stricter consequence.
Anything Else We Should Know?
I am building buildings for myself, I have some experience in building, I can make nice interior. I can handle different scenarious and pressure from anyone at the same time doing my moderation duties.
Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?
Yes, I fluently speak Russian, Latvian. I believie, Russian is needed language here, becuase I saw alot of russian-talking people, who kind of don't understand what moderator is saying, and Russian language might help the moderation work.
