Incident Description*:

Basically, I went to National Guard base with my tow truck since a lot was going on there. I get there, then I get shot at for no reason, then I get chased for no reason at all. The white explorer eventually spiked me and left me stranded (Person I am reporting). I try to get close to the individual, but he switched teams before I could get closer.
