So this one needs a lot of backstory, basically this suspect had a long list of interactions with cops including lots of shooting. I witnessed him execute someone at civilian spawn before I was able to take him down, he also stole a police cruiser and took the entire CHP team on a long pursuit. Basically he's a troubling premium user. He finally tries to tresspass on CHP station and claims that this is FRP and he spam calls mod. Finally he gets arrested by one of a CHP officer and when we were booking him he says "when I get out I'll show you something" so we take that as a threat. Sure enough as soon as he's released he joins CHP team and kills the officer who arrested him not once but twice by spawn camping. I respond after I hear the shots and you can see him in the video have a gun and shots being fired as he switches back to civilian trying to act like it didn't happen.
