Incident Description*: I was arresting this individual for obstruction since she wouldn't listen and also said "Can I kill him already". Then I continue to station were I arrested her. I then was getting ready to patrol and she came back on FBI and tried to arrest me once. After that she continued to try to kill me in my car.
