What Happened? Permanently banned from Mountain Interactive games both Perris and Los Angeles. Clip (will be linked here to save time for moderation time) showcases a woman who spawns in and dies after a previous life, already bad. From my Point of Perspective which i don't have clipped myself and a group of friends were conducting hit and run tactics on RCSO for revenge in an RP situation due to a false arrest, it was a protest and to help to stir commotion and bring some action to the environment. Secondly the entire server was 40/40 and all decided to congregate at S&K which lagged the server so the RCSO Hit and run tactic brought some over reducing lag for everyone. My next point is the game environment, It was night hard to see from distance with a iron sight P320, it's hard to see if someone has died or not due to the sight covering the body/target, i saw movement which happened to be them re spawning and aimed at it, i thought i missed my mark so i killed them again, this was a mistake completely, human error if you will. We then moved onto something else after RCSO we were there for about 3 minutes doing out protest, and you could argue NLR which is valid. It says mass murder which is giving me 4x people's actions all onto me which is incorrect. but oh well

Why Should You Be Unbanned? I personally think i should be unbanned because i rarely commit RDM, the last time i done it before the ban was last year, a MI moderator has also confirmed with me that your policy states the players Moderation slates get cleaned after a while making this "My first RDM offense" which has resulted in a permaban. Secondly since i study Law my language is going to a bit defensive of my case here, on Roblox it says I've committed mass RDM just in it's self no further revelatory language involved, whilst on the Discord server is says Spawn camping which their isn't any evidence for. Even at both POVS. I personally think this was a bit of a misunderstanding too. I do tend to bring a positive RP experience to those that i interact with, i got arrested by CHP and made jokes which made him laugh for 20 minutes, that was a truly wholesome moment. To further reinforce this point i had a friend who doesn't spend money on games so he tends to reside on free games so this does include Roblox and we both enjoy your game, he is currently fighting depression due to some personal losses and when we play he is like a different person, he is laughing smiling and wants it to continue.
I won't do what i do again due to confusion with other mods giving me the thumbs up in other instances, i called him using the command and he Ok'd it. But this obviously contradicts your policy for rules. Finally an Apology, i am sorry for doing this and wont do it again if you find it in your heart to second chance me.
