I also have more experience on FiveM, where I was a Game Moderator (GM) on a Korean server that frequently had over 260 players. I learned excellent conflict resolution, rule enforcement, and community management skills from these positions.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I applied because I wanted to help the mountain interactive community. Although I had a short break, I have been playing on the Perris, California server since 2023. During that time, I have witnessed multiple instances of RDM, trolling, and other disruptive behavior especially during time zones when staff coverage is low. Since I also live in that time zone, I’ve personally experienced the impact of these issues. As someone who understands the frustration of players on the receiving end, I felt the need to do more than just observe. I want to be someone who actively contributes to fixing the problem.
I’m not interested in a Discord role or having power just for the sake of it. My goal is to help improve the community and make sure players can enjoy the game safely and within the guidelines. I believe a moderator should not only enforce rules but also promote a positive and respectful environment for everyone.
What make me to apply was the repeated situations where players were clearly breaking the rules, but no staff were available to respond especially during off-peak hours. Instead of just waiting for someone else to act, I decided I should step up and be part of the team. I want to help with ticket responses, handle player disputes, and keep roleplay fair and immersive for everyone involved.
I believe I have the experience and qualities needed for this role. I’ve worked as a GM and administrator on large Korean servers in both Roblox and FiveM. These positions taught me how to handle reports, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions in fast paced situations. I’ve always approached moderation with a calm and fair mindset, and I plan to follow Mountain Interactive’s guidelines with the same professionalism.
Mountain Interactive has been my favorite game group for the past two years. It stands out from other servers because of its immersive gameplay and high quality content. As someone who has enjoyed this game as a player, I now want to give back and help the server grow stronger. I look forward to working with the dedicated staff and developers to keep building a fun and respectful environment for all players.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
I frequently move between the United States and South Korea due to work, so my daily schedule is mostly aligned with the Korean time zone. Based on U.S. time, I am available from 6:00 PM to (next day)8:00 AM (U.S. time). Additionally, I am also able to moderate during daytime in the U.S. when needed, and I can adjust my availability based on the team's needs.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
For first time offenders, if the situation is minor and can be resolved with a verbal warning, I will provide the player with a clear explanation of the rule they violated. In many cases, simply informing a player of the rule and helping them understand it is enough to prevent repeat offenses.
However, even for a first time offense, if the violation is severe such as RDM, VDM, V-TOS, NITRP, or harassment. I will follow the Staff Guidelines and apply punishment without a warning. In these cases, I will assess the seriousness and intent of the situation and determine the appropriate ban length based on those factors.
For repeat offenders, I will handle the situation strictly but fairly. I will review previous logs and infractions to determine whether there is a clear pattern of repeated and intentional rule breaking. If such behavior is confirmed, I will consider more serious actions, such as a long term ban or even a permanent ban if necessary.
Every action I take will be properly documented and, when needed, I will consult with more experienced staff members to ensure my decision is objective and appropriate.
My goal is not just to punish rule breakers, but to help create and maintain a fair, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all players within the boundaries of the rules.

I also have development experience, notably serving as a general officer and developer in the ROKA ( Republic of Korea Army 83K+ ) RP group and other Korean RP games. I developed assets, vehicles, and builds, with my primary strength being building. I am capable of contributing in both moderation and development roles if needed.
Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?
My main language is Korean. I studied in Texas as an exchange student, and during that time, I took Spanish classes because they were part of the school curriculum. I'm not fluent, but I can understand and use some simple Spanish phrases.
