Hello!

I hope you’re all doing well! I’m not entirely sure whether this is how I’m supposed to apply for staff, but I’ll give it a shot either way.

I’ve recently come across Perris. When I say recently, I mean quite literally 2, maybe 3 weeks ago. Despite my short time with you guys I’ve found it to be an exciting and engaging experience. I’d like to offer my maturity, professionalism and of course irl experience to help improve the server and quality of roleplay.

Here’s a little about me:

I’m 19 years old and live in EU, however, sound American and speak fluent English.

I’m a fanatic of law enforcement, especially the US law enforcement. For years I’ve educated myself on law enforcement, how they operate, penal codes, basic rules of engagement (RoE) and procedures. With this knowledge, my aim is to extend it onto others in the form of moderation, I. E help educate people on the correct ways of doing certain things, whether it’s LEO related or general RP thus improving other people’s experience.

I’m a huge fan of passive RP. In my opinion, Passive RP trumps any other kind of RP and with moderation I’d obviously want to encourage and endorse passive RP over anything else. Whether this is a quality or trait you search for? I’m not sure. Just letting you know.

I’ve worked with law enforcement but mainly military and can tell you all about it. I’m not 100% solid on US military but know more than the average person.

I’ve of course got a bit of a gaming experience and work in relatively big servers in the field of management. For example, “paradise state roleplay” is a FiveM based game (GTA5 roleplay) with over 65 thousand members in which I work in the field of DoD (Department of Defense) and LEO management. This sort of experience should help in a Roblox capacity as well.

Here are some traits you might look for:

  • I’m engaging, easy to talk to and, I find myself to be quite funny. This sort of dynamic is important when coming across other plays, especially in a situation where one is to tell someone how to do certain things, I. E moderating.

  • Documents, messages, formality: Im thorough when it comes to writing certain things up, examples as mentioned, and take it seriously. I enjoy doing it when I know there’s a moral cause behind it, which for example, might be improving one’s roleplay experience, as in the end, that’s all everyone here is trying to do.

  • Experience: I think it speaks for itself. I’m sure many people have similar backgrounds, etc. which go a long way.

  • Activity: I’m available pretty much everyday unless I get calls in from work. Most of the time, I’ll be able to get back to someone within the same day.

  • Enthusiasm: like I’ve already mentioned; I enjoy this server. I’ve got a lot of enthusiasm going into this and want to channel that towards making the server better.

These are just some of the traits. Enjoy reading!

Thank you.
