Have You Been Punished in the Last 60 Days?

Yes, however I'm learning and I am really trying not to do stupid things because it's stupid things I do in the roleplay. It's not that I am intentionally trying to ruin the roleplay, just that I am too stupid.

Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days?

No.

Were you a previous Staff Member?

No.

Do You Have a Working Microphone?

Yes.

What Country Are You From?

United Kingdom

Have You Moderated Other Communities?

No, I want to use Mountain Interactive to learn more about moderation and build up my experience.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

Los Angeles, California. I wake up every day thinking about this game and I don't really play other games.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

I am applying because I care about the community and I want to give back and make it better. I understand that my moderation history could make you skeptical about me but I’m serious about helping to improve the community. I genuinely hate it when I see people doing things like FRP, RDM, LTAA, etc. It just ruins the experience for others. With my history, I always keep it in mind that it ruins the roleplay experience for others and I am trying so hard to stop it. I believe that not only will it allow me to give me a fresh start within the community, it will also give me an opportunity to show how much I care for the community and how much I want to contribute towards the community. Whilst I may not have any experience within Moderation, I am sure I will be able to learn quickly. I am hard working, can complete tasks quickly and efficiently and I can multi task well. I am also professional and I'm dedicated. All of those, I believe are good qualities for a position like this. I have been playing Mountain Interactive for a while now. I started off in Perris with one friend and kind of stayed under the radar. I then moved to LA after discovering it and because I was Rookie obsessed at the time and the LAPD was there, I knew I had to play the game. Ever since, I'm in love with the community of LA. I'm pretty familiar with the daily players and I usually switch between the Civilian team and the LAPD team. I just want to give back to the community and prove everyone wrong that I can change and I am a better person. I want to support the community and keep things running smoothly.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes, I am not entirely friends with them but I would say I get along with them really well, those are:

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

I am in the UK, so FROM the end of October to the end of March I am GMT+0 and from the end of March to the end of October I am GMT+1. (Winter: GMT, Summer: GMT+1)

I'm usually available from 16:00 - 22:00 and on weekends, pretty much all day.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

Treating people fairly is the main objective of moderation. It's very important to gather evidence and listen to both sides of the story. For first time offenders, verbal warnings will do just fine because they most likely forgot or maybe are new to the game. For repeat offenders, I'll most likely use other tools such as an official warning, timeouts, bans or even permanent bans. I believe that the goal isn't to punish but instead to educate people on what they are doing wrong.

Anything Else We Should Know?

I'll dedicate all of my time to MI if I pass. I believe passing as a Moderator will give me a fresh start and I just really want an opportunity.

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

Nah not really, mainly English. I know the basics of Spanish but I'm sure everyone knows the basics of Spanish.
