Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I have been a mod here at Mountain Interactive for around a year. I would more than enjoy and love coming back. The purge was upsetting for me and I lost my job and still miss Victor as COO I believe he was. I’ve held a great reputation with the Mountain Interactive community and I still do. I helped to train people to become mods here, and was a website mod. I still know many staff members. I’m still committed here and will always be. I want to continue helping out people no matter what, in game or out of game. I will continue to put in a lot of time to moderate like I did before the purge. Going into my experience goes back 7 years. I want to keep that streak going and I’ve stayed at MI the longest do to the freedom and easy access to help people here.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
For first time offenders, I never go over the edge, I like for my seats to be informative more than active. I’d work to direct them to the right place and tell them what they did wrong swiftly and respectfully… The second time offender is not overall different, still with the same respect but a little more firm, of course depending on what they did I’d give a warning as they should have learned from the first time an incident happened. For continuous repeated offenders I will always get their side of the stories but will not be as lenient as continued offenders could show they are doing something on purpose to get attention. I’d have a normal conversation on why and what happened. Try and get their explanation on why it’s occurring, I’m fair to all and won't be biased. I usually will have someone read and get another staff's view for a second opinion. It usually helps me grow and gives me a bigger view.
