100% LA. I stopped playing Perris I pretty much only play LA at this point and know the rules very well now.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I wanna start getting into moderating again since it's just fun imo. I'm apart of MI for a good 1.5 years now and actively play the game. When I was a moderator here once I already failed so I wanna retry and fix my mistake I make so I can become a good and valuable member of the team and help other people out. I see a lot of people struggle with some moderators and call them corrupt and I wanna change that. I wanna give everyone a nice experince and a inviting community giving them more confidence to call staff on FRPers. That's my main goal on staff team.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
If it's a first time offender I would let him go with a warning and log it for the record or if it's something that happened over 60 days ago. If it's a repeat offender like let's say he has a history that he RDMed someone in the past 60 days then my punishment will be worse for him like a kick or a 2-3 day ban. If it's something really bad or a lot of logs I could go with a 3-5 day ban or if it is really neccessary and he has so many bans logged for the same reason maybe even perm ban. But that is usually decided by the Staff HR team on how we handle users since it's always different from community to community as I experinced.
You are going to give stricter punishments to users with prior record since if they don't learn their lesson when they get told to stop it or get banned for at least 2 days then they gotta deal with it that staff is going to give stricter punishments.
If it's just someone that has their first time and has to adapt to the rules it's fine letting them go with a verbal warn.
Anything Else We Should Know?
Like said before I have 3-4 years or experince in roblox moderation and also discord moderation.
I still moderate and own some servers (most of them aren't really alive anymore and other people handle those now so I have freetime).
I am a decent discord developer as well so I can do stuff like channels, roles, permissions, set up bots, etc. (but i cant make my own bots).
I already was a moderator here in Mountain Interactive once so I am aware of the system and how it works.
I have very good English skills and know grammar, writing and talking.

I can speak fluent German and fluent English.
Things That May Hurt Your Application
About 1-2 weeks ago I got a 3 day ban for shooting a gang that was drifting somewhere for punshing my car earlier when I tried to get through. Since I had to solid evidence as my clipping software wasn't properly running at the time I have received punishment for it. I also understand it since to be fair I did kill some other guys on that scene that didn't directly had something to do with them punshing my car but I thought it was a valid RP reason. I learned my lesson and it didn't happen again since. (this was also the first ban i got after 90 days minimum thats what the staff told me)
I once lied about my age on a staff application to pass which is why I got kicked out of staff team and banned over a year ago. And since I didn't notice the staff hiring blacklist role on me I am retrying my application. I hope I get a second chance and swear I did not lie again on my staff application at all.
