What Happened?
I was being chased (tow truck) when an RPD Metro Team officer arrived, and because he was acting unprofessionally, I was made to stop talking Now to the point I said something that wasn't intended to be said, which I took to mean you're stupid, but it was actually much more serious. I apologized after learning what it meant because I'm from the United Arab Emirates, and the Staff accepted that, but V-TOS is a permanent ban with appeal. =I have truly regretted it and now It's been about two to three weeks since then. I usually like California or Los Angeles after school when I see that message I really regret what i have said. I sincerely hope an appeal moderator will understand That it was a true mistake.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I honestly don't know what to say but I know that I've really overlooked everything and when I say I'm sorry I mean it. I could apologize to the RPD officer fifty times just to demonstrate how my actions that day were completely inappropriate ( And unmoral) And shouldn't have happened, and should have controlled my anger However when I realized that I was going to be banned for V-TOS It set in how I did something really bad so I ask for forgiveness and permission to play my favorite game.
