So what happened is I was picking my friend up from a scene that happened. He was on the top floor of the parking garage across from Rochester apartments. When he jumped he went unconscious. This takes part behind the parking garage. This is where the scene started. CHP comes around and help my friend get back up. Then a officer says (player who reported me LAPD Officer) "Pretty sure that guy thats unconscious is one of the shooters." Thats where LAPD comes in. But the clip was shortened. Then the I speed off to go get a gun. I go back and the LAPD officer is there at my friend. By the way I started the scene with my friend being unconscious. LAPD officer is there then I get out and shoot them because I had to get my friend. I had a interaction with the LAPD officer by him interacting with my friend being unconscious and thats when LAPD officer entered the scene.
