My Suggestion:

I have looked at the Accepted Staff applications and I have noticed ALL of them have said yes even if they are not as good as some of the denied without a microphone. This means you are only accepting microphone players. If you are doing this don't put it as a question in the Application format and just make it a requirement as you are giving false hope for the people without microphone like me.

So what I recommend either make it a requirement or accept people without microphones too.

Why This Would Improve the Game:

It would just give the truth to the community instead of saying nothing and just denying.

I agree, however it is kinda expected to have a microphone especially if you are going to moderate LA where it is literally required to have a microphone to speak. I think they should definitely make it a requirement, instead of making it a question. I am saying this over a neutral stance as I have a microphone

I also mean for Perris, The people applying for staff in LA obviously need mic, But in perris they dont need a microphone.

I also agree, due to the fact everyone in perris uses there microphone to interact with other players.
