Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
The Mountain Interactive Servers I play the most in is Los Angeles, California. However, I do play Perris, California every couple of weeks.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
The reason I want to become a moderator is because I enjoy connecting with the community. I enjoy joining the game and the Discord server to help people who need assistance or simply to engage with the community in a positive way. I have noticed that sometimes rules are broken in games like Los Angeles, California, but no staff members are online to address the issues. I want to be a staff member who can enforce the rules fairly while also actively engaging with the community to build a strong bond between the Mountain Interactive staff team and its players. Ever since I played Perris, California for the first time, I developed a love for the game. I enjoyed playing Perris, California a lot and I started to get good at it, (such as getting money, learning the map, and even patrolling around and helping other officers). Once I was familiar with all of that, I started to want to join the staff team because I started to see people breaking rules in Perris, California and Los Angeles, California. When I needed staff assistance, I started to notice how much staff really impacted the experience to keep roleplays fun and realistic and that's when I knew I wanted to join the Mountain Interactive staff team.
Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
I'm not sure if this would count, but I am friends with playingwithcody on Roblox however we haven't really talked much besides when I saw him in game once.

My time zone is PST (Pacific Standard Time). The days that I will be available to moderate are:

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
The way I would deal with first time offenders that break rules depends on the severity of the rule that they break. For example, if they RDMed someone for the first time I would probably warn them for it because it was a random deathmatch (and it's a first time offense). However, if the RDM was in (for example) a police scene like a hostage situation where someone comes into the building while police are in there and starts shooting everyone for no reason (Mass RDMing everyone) I would probably ban them for at least 1 - 2 days minimum because they just ruined a giant roleplay for others. The ban would be for Mass RDM and I would state the reason for the ban explaining exactly what happened in the situation. I would make sure to add video evidence to the ban so they can watch and learn from their mistakes. Now, the way I would deal with people who have broken the rules multiple times (repeat offenders) is probably going to have a more severe punishment. If it is someone who has a history of rule breaking such as RDM, VDM, or really any rules they have broken multiple times, I would probably remove them from the game the first time (as in a kick). If they do start breaking additional rules, I would have to ban them from the game for 1 week or ban them from the game entirely from the severity of the rule they broke since they have a history of breaking rules multiple times and that should have been a way to reflect on themselves. Regardless, If it is a first-time offender or a repeat offender. It all depends on the severity of the rule they break. I would always have a fair escalation on how I would handle everyone. (Warn, kick, temporary ban, and permanent ban.) The reason I would apply the punishments: Warn: To tell the player that they are breaking a rule and that they should reflect on it. It would be used to educate the player when the rule breaking isn't too severe. Kick: This would be used on a player who is a repeat offender that has been warned multiple times to stop disrupting peoples roleplays and disrupting the flow of the game. This would be used to remove them temporarily to prevent further issues with other players and their roleplays. Temporary Ban: This would be used on a player who has been warned multiple times to stop breaking rules such as serious rule breaking, or continuing to break rules after being told to stop repeatedly. The ban length will depend on their past history and the severity of the rule they broke. Permanent Ban: This would be used on a player who has been told multiple times to stop breaking major rules (Examples: Mass RDM, or Exploiting). This would be for players who repeatedly breaks rules despite the amount of chances they have been given. This will be given to players who clearly know the server rules but have proven that they do not want to comply with the rules.
