i just bought a gun and the game makes it so its on my chest and i start walking back to my car then a shootout happens and the officer that later arrested me did nothing about it. He also later said "aww im so sad, im only gonna get a 1 day bann" proving to say he doesn't care about the roleplay nor ban.
